Fibre Optic Termination
D-Comm engineers are trained in fusion splicing pigtails with all major connectors on offer today.
We use Sumitomo Type 37se fusion splicer’s which are an advanced single and multimode machine giving losses on average below 0.05dB.
We supply and use only factory tested pigtails for splicing and all splices are checked by our machines and visually by our operators for quality before they are enclosed in the tray, panel or joint enclosure. Full testing takes place later.
Our experience coupled with the quality of product and our advanced equipment ensure that our projects run smoothly and always to time.
